1. What sort of things do you clear?
   You can see it from our name. We clear everything except illegal or hazardous stuff. We offer a complete service for all rubbish and clearance related jobs. It includes houses, flats, offices, gardens, WEEE and all other junk and waste.

2. How long do you take to do a job?
   Our dedicated team will typically respond to a query the same day or next day. In unforeseen or odd situations, we will let you know in advance of any problems and arrange an alternative convenient time to carry out the job.

3. Do you work after office hours?
   Yes. A lot of our job are carried out after office hours. We always first ask you about a convenient time. We will not charge you extra for any particular time.

4. Do I have to be present at the time of clearance?
   Not necessarily. As long as we have access to what you need cleared.

5. How much do you charge?
   We charge per job. It depends on the volume, weight and labour required to finish the job. Please refer to our prices section for a standard rate list.

6. What do you do with the cleared items?
   We will try to recycle, reuse most of the stuff if possible. Alternatively we can dispose items off to the tip or give it to charity if you ask so.

7. Are you licensed for this work?
   Yes. We are licenced to carry waste.
